Nature of service
Sailing+ connects sailing trip organizers with seekers. Organizers create adventure listings; seekers browse them publicly.
Sailing+ does not process payments between parties. Each adventure page displays the organizer's contact methods (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram) so seekers can reach them directly. All arrangements and payments happen directly between organizer and seeker, outside of Sailing+.
Sailing+ is not a travel agency, tour operator, or intermediary.
Data processing
We collect minimal personal data. Authentication uses magic links (passwordless), requiring only an email address. We do not collect passwords or payment credentials.
The platform is not registered with AEPD as we process minimal personal data. Should this change, we will register in accordance with GDPR and LOPDGDD. See our Privacy Policy for details.
User-generated content
Adventure listings and other content are created by organizers. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
User content remains the property of its creators, who grant Sailing+ a license to display and distribute it within the service. The Sailing+ platform, branding, and design are owned by Iurii Sidorov.
Disclaimer of liability
Sailing+ is a marketplace only. The platform:
- Does not organize or supervise any trips
- Does not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any listed adventure
- Does not mediate disputes between organizers and seekers
- Does not verify organizer credentials or insurance
Users participate in any adventure at their own risk. We recommend seekers independently verify organizer credentials, vessel safety, and insurance before booking.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law and applicable EU regulations (LSSI-CE, GDPR, LOPDGDD). Disputes are submitted to the courts of Girona, Spain.
